AyMINE Prices
AyMINE manage your private data and never scan them to get knowledge about you. We also don’t want to feed you by Ads. Nevertheless, it needs a financial model that finance the provided services.
We believe that your privacy and calm for concentration is important for you.
AyMINE has two types of accounts – personal and team/company account.
Personal Account
You can use personal account free of charge or using a premium version:

Personal account does not support internal cooperation of more users. Team-oriented functions like multiuser project management are not available for personal account.
Team / Business Account
Team account is free of charge for three months. After the trial period you pay the following prices:

The prices are excluding VAT
Max price is a guarantee that you never pay more per user for AyMINE services. For this price you can use all functionality without limits. (There might be additional cost for other services.)
The data storage cost
The AyMINE cost includes price for 100 GB per user. Additional data space is charged according to the data storage cost.
Discounts
There are several reasons why you might have AyMINE free of charge or with a discount
System is free of charge for up to 50 user accounts:
- For education purposes
- For organisations (including commercial) that utilise system for Ukraine support in refugees’ integration
- Charitable, Christian or society organisations
The price discount up to 100% of the cost is for any organisation utilising other services. Discount is applied in the quarter after the service use.
Service Support
Price includes system support, troubleshooting and helpdesk support. User support in amount 2h per month.
Additional user and consultancy support is charged 100 €/hour (charged in the 30minutes blocks)

AyMINE is a long-term tool. Therefore, AyMINE has a long-term price guarantee that the price for services will not grow beyond expectations in later years. Long-term price conditions are described in the AyMINE price conditions (link below).
On premise model
You can have complete system in your own cloud or server. If you prefer, you'll manage the environment and we install the system for you.
