Send bulk messages in compliance with GDPR
AyMINE supports mailing list management and bulk messaging to ensure 100% compliance with GDPR regulations and a friendly approach to recipients.
- What AyMINE enables you to do
- GDPR compliance
- Use bulk messages to communicate with a group
- Where to go next
- GRPR must be followed
What AyMINE enables you to do
- Keep track of your contacts in different groups based on the type of consent they have given you
- Add an unsubscribe footer to each bulk message. You can customize the content of the footer
- Full support for unsubscribing or changing preferences
- Sequential messages to which the system automatically adds an outreach
GDPR compliance
You are in full control of all your directories and don't need to upload them anywhere. You have your contacts in one place and of course they don't go outside the European Union.
When you send a message, you can send it to all recipients in the group or choose who you send it to. Messages gradually go out in the background and you don't have to worry about them anymore. Recipients can unsubscribe.
Use bulk messages to communicate with a group
You can define different groups - e.g. for a magazine, event announcements, news from your area, etc. You can have each contact in any number of groups. People can set themselves what information they want to receive and change this setting at any time.
Want to reach out to strangers? Use the link option from your own website or put a QR code on the bulletin board at the entrance. People who are interested in the information can easily sign up. The system will automatically save information about when they registered, what option they chose, and what IP address they used. This gives you credible evidence that they have given their consent. And they can change their consent again with each subsequent message.

GRPR must be followed
Remember that GDPR must be complied with. If you are reaching out to a lot of people, you have to expect that some people will be bothered. It is therefore important to be accommodating and allow them to unsubscribe from your list in the easiest way possible. There is no simpler way than what you have in AyMINE.
