Employee Tasks

AyMINE provides powerful tools to track how many tasks each person has and how they are accomplished

Task Control vs. Privacy and Data Protection

Someone else's tasks can be viewed in AyMINE by the users who are responsible for the tasks or the employee.

Overview of employee tasks

Overview of direct supervisor tasks

A direct supervisor has the ability to view an overview of his or her team directly on the main desk. For each team, he or she can view an overview of tasks directly from the main desk in personal kanban.

A project supervisor (or area supervisor) can view an overview of all tasks in a project or area, as well as individual tasks of a particular group member - by clicking on a worker from the task overview or via the project kanban.

Statistics

In addition to looking at the current status, the system also allows you to collect data about tasks over time. You can follow this on graphs

  • How many tasks an employee has in progress
  • How long do tasks typically take
  • Whether tasks are in time

Who can check your tasks

  • A supervisor has an overview of the employees' tasks in his department. A supervisor is determined on the basis of HR data. So it certainly can't happen that, for example, an administrator assigns a role where he or she is the supervisor and so gets the data.
  • Tasks can be seen by the employees who collaborate in the project or in some area. If you collaborate with someone in a project, they can see what you are working on in the project, but it doesn't give them the ability to see your other tasks from another project.

Certainly the system doesn't allow you to see tasks outside your area of competence

Private tasks have more protection

AyMINE distinguishes shared tasks and private tasks.

If you create a private task yourself, no one but you can see it.

If someone gives you a private task, the person who gave you the private task will see it. In addition to a direct supervisor, private tasks can be assigned by, for example, the personnel department, which needs something from you.
