Processes in use
Settings for which processes you use the system
Within the system settings, select for which processes you want to actively use the system. The settings make various system functions available and, depending on this, you will have wider usage options, On the other hand, some options may interfere with your work.
Settings for users are in system groups
Within the system-wide configuration, you make global settings. However, in order to make the options available to users, you also need to set up processes in some system user groups – see more in Role and System Group Management.
What the process settings affect
Mail communications
It is possible to include e-mail messages with the processes so that you can keep track of what they are about – for example, you can easily distinguish between e-mails, where you communicate the menu and where you handle complaints. In addition, the flag can be set automatically – see communication gateway settings.
Features with objects
There are specific functions related to individual processes that are only available to certain users. For example, within problem processing, an 8D report is available for problem analysis. The report is only available to users who are involved in the quality assurance process. For example, helpdesk staff, even if they are working with problems, do not have the 8D report option available.
