Business Records Supported by the AyMINE System

SYS – System Module

  • Data Vault – A vault for storing protected data with sharing and access control capabilities.
  • Trusted Device – Identification of a trusted device for controlling access to data.
  • External Message – Email, phone, or other messages with entities outside the organization.
  • Message Processing Rule – Rule for processing external messages.
  • User – System user.

  • Action – Any event for which participants are invited.
  • Activity Record – Documentation of task, request, or project processing (e.g., work report).
  • Meeting – Meeting / session, including invitation content, agenda, and minutes.
  • Event – Used to record something that has occurred.
  • Invitation – Invitation for a meeting or another event to internal staff or external contacts from the address book.
  • Task – A task assigned to a person or a group of people.
  • Personal Task – A private task.
  • Contract – Preparation and execution of a contract.
  • Activity Record – Recorded activity (providing evidence of the performed activity).

  • Plan – Project or other plan (safety plan, quality plan, risk management plan, etc.).
  • Requirement – A requirement that must be fulfilled in the project.
  • Project Role – A project role assigned to a worker.
  • Test Assignment – Assignment for performing a test to verify requirement fulfillment.
  • Project Change – Documentation of a project change.

  • Business Area – Manages information, activities, and other objects for a specific business segment.
  • Package
  • Archiving (Configuration) Package – Archive of a set of objects forming a complete data package describing the state of a project or other activity.
  • Discussion – A series of discussion posts (sorted into threads) on a specific topic.
  • Information – Used to store information.
  • SLA Contract – A contract defining the quality of service provided.
  • Business Area – Container for grouping related business data – folder for messages, folder for information of a specific agenda or department, etc.
  • Information Space – General information space for storing data.
  • Open Space – Physical space for tangible items, rooms, or other spaces (including spaces not owned by the company).
