Worker overview
Worker overview is each worker's access to important information about themselves
What a worker overview provides
A worker overview provides a comprehensive yet simple overview of everything a worker needs to know about himself or herself and things that concern him or her directly.
A worker overview is expandable and can be supplemented by additional information, services and requests as needed by each organization.
Personal folder
As part of the personal folder preview, a worker can see
- Data about his or her employment contracts
- All documents related to employment contracts (e.g. documents about education, about children, etc.)
- Documents that an organization has issued to him or her (income certificate, payslip, etc.)
- Worker evaluation (part provided to the worker)
The scope of documentation also depends on the integration of AyMINE with other systems.
Communication with the personnel department
A personal folder is also used for communication with the personnel department. Directly from it it is possible to send a request or query to the HR department and handle the agenda that concerns the staff member:
- Request for leave
- Check working time reports
- Report sick-days or other problem
Work reports
The staff member's overview is also used for the staff member's own control. He/she has the possibility to quickly check his/her work and working time statements a year back. Whenever he/she has an overview of how he/she is doing within a month and possibly to deal with irregularities in a timely manner.
Service roster
The staff member sees the service roster in a calendar, which is separate and can be opened from the staff member's workspace.
Possibility to check the staff member's workspace
The staff member's workspace can be opened by the staff member and his/her line manager in addition to the staff member. While the staff member sees all the data in the same way as the staff member and can thus easily go through what he/she has there, the staff member does not have access to documents from the personnel file and the work contract.
The line manager's overview is used mainly for an overview of the staff he/she cares for.
