Send SMS directly from CRM
SMS messages have by far the highest read and delivery rate of all messages
SMS messages may be paid, but that's also their major advantage. Unlike other messages, people read them much faster. They know there is no spam in SMS messages to overwhelm communication.
Use SMS where it pays off:
- Alerting people to appointments. This increases the chances that they will arrive and you won't lose your time.
- Notifying them that a package is coming. When a message comes from you, they'll know what it's about. When the carrier calls, they won't be surprised. Especially if it's been a few days since they ordered the delivery from you.
SMS messages are not just for business
At AyMINE, you can conveniently use SMS for other purposes as well:
- Notify a job candidate that you are counting on them for a meeting.
- Notify employees who are currently off-site
- Get a notification from the system that there is an issue that needs to be addressed – typically a service issue that has an SLA problem and is not fixed.
Sending and receiving SMS – settings
You can use a gateway that requires no flat rate to send SMS without receiving. So you only pay for the SMS you send. Sending SMS is possible using a VoIP gateway
If you want to send SMS:
- Send from a named gateway, so the customer can see the sender who is sending it to them.
- Receive SMS
- Receive confirmation that the message has been received.
All of these options are available, but require us to set up a special gateway for you, which is paid for. We can set up a gateway with one of their providers and connect the system to it. The price depends on usage.
