Bulk Emails
Contact groups can define who is being sent certain types of bulk mail

Public group
If the public name of the group is defined in the group administration, the group can be used to send bulk emails. The group will appear under this name in the form for unsubscribing bulk mail. Alternatively, you can add "Subtitle", i.e. additional information for the form.
Creating a mass e-mail
In contact group click "Bulk Message" to create a bulk email. If no contact is selected, a mass email will be sent to all group contacts.
Bulk e-mail will automatically get a footer that offers to sign off bulk e-mail.
Sending a Bulk Email
Bulk e-mails are sent one by one. Each of the e-mails will get its own footer with a link to the form for bulk email unsubscription. This link is specific to each of the recipients.

Make sure you have defined the "Public Name" in the group administration.
