Partner in a contract
Partner in a contract is generally the other party. You can register any number of partners for a contract, but most often there will be only one
Partner of a contact is by reference to subject in the directory. To register a partner for a contract, its data must be stored in a directory or other area.
Partner contacts
For each contract partner, you can register who is responsible :
- for the contract negotiations
- for the technical implementation
In both cases, you can only select people registered as persons with the company that is the contract partner. (If the contracts are concluded with a natural person, it is not possible to select these contacts, but this does not even make sense for contracts with persons.)
Textual documentation with the partner
For each partner, you can register notes on the progress of the agreement and subsequently document the experience with the partner. The notes are used for contract evaluation.
Supplier quality evaluation
Outside of the contract registration itself, it is possible to evaluate suppliers in AyMINE, to record suppliers of individual products and services. This agenda is independent of contracts, it is possible to use it with suppliers even without the contract registration. It is part of quality and business management.
Remind:
- In AyMINE you can have any number of directories. We recommend to manage contractual contacts in a separate directory. However, if you have contracts within other processes, it is not advisable to set up separate companies and contact persons just for contracts. It is preferable to use them together
- Contacts do not have to be only in the CRM directory. If you want no one else to get to the contacts, save them directly in the area for contracts. Then no one will see them except who has access to this area – see its administration.
