An overview of your staff

A permanent overview of how many tasks, pending emails, problems and projects each staff member on your team has

AyMINE gives you a permanent overview of everyone on your team's workload and how they manage their work. This gives you a permanent overview of your work, even if the staff member is doing it from home or if you have a digital nomad on your team.

Current News

An overview of active tasks and staff status gives each manager an immediate overview of each staff member on the team:

  • Whether he is on leave, sick, off shift or due to be at work
  • How many tasks he has
  • Whether he is not expecting an HR task
  • How many emails he has received from outside in the past few days (no internal communication)
  • How many messages are pending

Possibility to track trends

AyMINE not only gives you an up-to-date overview, but you can track important values about your work over the long term. The graphs show you how long-term workload and how you manage your work tasks. You have a valuable and objective view on each worker's desk that allows you to lead the team objectively

Who the manager has in the list

The list on the desk shows the managers

  • For whom the manager is the direct manager (sets the HR manager in the employee detail)
  • Who are active users of the system (have a system account set up)
  • They are really active users (have access to the system that is not blocked)

Suitable to know

Why it is a condition for a subordinate to have an account in the system

The information the system gives you makes no sense if the worker is not also a user of the system

  • He would not have any tasks in the system
  • There would be no work reports in the system
  • There will be no communication with him in the system

I am a multi-department manager and I do not see people from the department. Why?

The main desktop shows information only about those workers who are directly in your narrow team. The senior manager, however, has the possibility to view all data as well. When you open the list with the button, a list is displayed in which every manager sees all workers in their departments

The overview for all workers from departments follows the structure of the department, which must be set up in the HR module.

Warning: Numbers can be confusing - do not rely on data as the only source of information

Remember that every statistic simplifies and may lose important information. Therefore, when judging a worker by the statistics of their tasks, emails and other data, always remember that:

  • Some tasks may seem simple, but they really are not. A worker may lack the cooperation of colleagues.
  • If a worker does not like another, his performance may be very affected, From the numbers, the problem may look quite the opposite
  • Some are an important help to others, because they know how to advise and help. But this delays, so that in their reports, this help has a negative effect on others
  • Some are so capable that others pass on the hardest things they can't do or don't want to. Therefore, even the most capable may have worse statistics than others

Statistics only serve as good as how you work with

  • If you don't want your team to report work, the statistics won't show you anything interesting
  • If you enter most tasks verbally, they aren't evaluated. People don't waste time on them, and it may seem that they are doing something completely different from what they are actually doing
  • If people know that the numbers (KPI) are the main evaluation tool for you, they will learn to work in such a way that the numbers (KPI ratings) are the best they can be, regardless of whether their work is really good.
  • If you push on performance, the quality drops. These are connected vessels that can't be divided.
