Connecting to an email account
Impersonal mailbox
Non-personal mailboxes are used for non-personal communication. These are mailboxes without a name part, typically objednavka@firma.cz, info@firma.cz, reklamace@firma.cz, etc.
Connections to these mailboxes are always made by the administrator. In the administration interface, on the SYS: Connectors page, he/she specifies the connector to access the mailbox. It connects the mailbox to the group of users who are responsible for processing these messages
Personal mailbox
The personal mailbox is the user's private mailbox. It typically contains a name.
The link to the personal mailbox can be made by the worker, or it can be specified by an administrator.
It is not necessary to know the mailbox password when entering it – the administrator can set up the connection and then add the password to their own mailbox.
What emails are downloaded to AyMINE
The interface downloads a single folder from the email account. By default it downloads INBOX (newly received mail), but any other folder can be selected.
For non-personal mailboxes that are served exclusively through AyMINE, there is no reason to use folders within the mailbox – the organization of messages is done entirely within AyMINE, outside of the mailbox itself
On the other hand, for personal folders it is advisable to create special folders for emails forwarded to AyMINE for processing. The system will synchronise this folder and the user can be sure that no messages other than those specified by moving them to the folder will be downloaded to AyMINE.
Note: If the user is to be notified of new messages in AyMINE, it is necessary to download the Inbox.

What happens to processed emails
Messages that are downloaded from the mailbox to AyMINE are moved to the processed messages folder. Typically this folder is the trash, but you can select any folder.
For personal mailboxes, this allows messages loaded into AyMINE to be "cleaned up" within the mailbox as needed. However, it is recommended not to store emails unnecessarily; they will typically also be stored 2 times in AyMINE, so an extra copy is unnecessary.
Processed messages are removed from AyMINE by command, or can be removed automatically.
