Job Position
Job Positions describe a specific position in the department
Job Position describes the job description, required for qualifications, skills and education. Job Position is part of the organisational structure of the organisation.
Job Position is linked to job contracts.
Number of chairs
A job position is defined as how many workers are required to occupy it. The number does not have to match the actual number of workers - there may be more or less.
You are asking
Is it necessary to specify jobs?
If HR is used to record employment contracts, positions are necessary. The employment contract always refers to the job position and the worker is recruited to the position. A description of the position is therefore necessary for the description.
HR can also be used in a simpler way as it is used to record line management. Then positions are not necessary. However, the module does not provide a full service.
Is it possible to use a job position in recruitment?
Yes, the job description also contains information for candidates.
- An overview of vacancies can be given on the website
- Vacancies can be exported for staffing agencies
The positions are important in the internal evaluation of the candidate and manage which head is primarily responsible for the evaluation of the candidates.
