Responsible HR Manager
Only an authorised HR Manager can access an HR Manager's data.
How does a HR Manager get credentials
The responsible HR Manager automatically becomes the HR Manager who put the HR Manager into the system.
The HR Manager has the option to delegate the HR Manager – to grant him/her permission to manage an employee's record.
Types of credentials
AyMINE supports three types of credentials:
- Primary only one HR Manager can have the responsibility. If the HR Manager appoints another primary HR Manager, he/she automatically loses the existing credentials.
- Permanent Representative is still an appointed representative and has the option to access the data at all times.
- Temporary Representative is a representative appointed only for a certain period of time. He/she loses his/her credentials after the expiry of the credentials. The date until which the credentials are valid is set at the time the credentials are granted, so there is no risk of the temporary liability being cancelled.
