Kanban – task overview
A clear view of your tasks, your people in your team, project or area.
The Kanban view divides tasks into groups based on different criteria – who is doing it or what state they are in. The different types of Kanban views give you a perfect overview of the progress of the work. In addition, by shifting tasks between blocks, you can quickly react to agreements on who has which task to do or, for example, put less important tasks on hold.
The system offers you several types of Kanban views, for different types of activities:
- Personal Kanban – an overview of the tasks of one employee. Everyone can view their personal Kanban, managers can view the Kanban for everyone in their team.
- Project Kanban – project task overview shows tasks in a project. You can view it broken down by person or by task status.
- Requirements Kanban – Especially useful for development activities is the Kanban view showing requirements. It allows you to conveniently plan and check the status of requirements without having a task for each one.
Use Drag & Drop in Kanban
Kanban makes it very easy to update the status of tasks using Drag & Drop. Drag a task to another field to easily change its processing status.
To change who is processing a task, open Kanban and the Project Dashboard in a separate window. Drag and drop a task onto a worker in the team overview to change who is processing the task or request.

Gantt chart
While Kanban is suitable for normal day-to-day management, such as stand-up meetings, Gantt's Project Schedule is more suitable for task scheduling.
Task overview
It is probably easier to edit individual task details directly in the project task list.
